Why am I unable to see any entries in contacts for an asset in the IT Glue side panel?

Answer

The Contact tab details are derived from the contact associated with the asset in the BMS. Once the contact is associated under Service Desk > Hardware Assets, the data will be updated, synced and will now be associatedwith this asset.
