New Service Desk - Keyboard shortcuts
Introduction
Keyboard shortcuts are introduced with New Service Desk.
Alt + / will list the shortcuts applicable on your screen.
Scope
Shortcuts currently work on the following pages:

- Applies on the ticket lists and Views dropdown.

- Applies on the actual ticket tabs
Shortcuts
Alt / is the key combination used to display these shortcuts on your screen. Esc key or clicking on the X on the top right will close this shortcut pop-up.
