Failed to authenticate
Issue
When trying to Integrate VSA with BMS we get the error:
Failed to Authenticate with Kaseya: Web Service is not enabled for this tenant.
Resolution
For On Prem
Please make sure the Web Service is Enabled as seen in the screenshot attached.
Go to System > Configure > Enable VSA API Web Service.
For SaaS customers:
Raise a support ticket so that it can be enabled by the Support team for you.
