IT Glue panel in BMS shows red color

Why does my IT Glue panel show red color?

Answer

A successful connection of IT Glue with BMS will show a gray color panel. If it's red, the connection is not established successfully. The connection can be relinked in two different ways.

Click on the red IT Glue icon. It will provide you with a pop-up to authenticate your login.

OR

Navigate to Home > Settings > My Settings > Integrations > Connect.

The icon will now be gray in color and the connection can be confirmed in profile settings.
