This release includes some fixes.

| My Templates | When adding a note using a Ticket Note Template, the [%ActivityCreator%] placeholder did not work. The fix now reflects the first name and the last name of the user adding the ticket note. (27217) |
| Contacts, Contracts | When activating a new contact under the same location as a recurring service (where the service units are calculated based on contact count), the system generates duplicate proration records for the first billing period. This has been fixed to correctly reflect two records for the first period (one with two units, one with one unit) and all other periods to show three units. (27719) |
| Tickets (New View) | Filtering of tickets by open date was returning results outside the specified date range. The fix ensures the filtering is now based on the logged-in user's time zone. (29893) |
| Tickets (New View) | The Ticket Details field did not auto-save when opened without any changes, whereas all other ticket fields did auto-save in the same scenario. As a result, the details were not saved automatically, and users had to manually click the ✔ icon to continue working on the ticket. The fix ensures that even if there is no change to the ticket details, when the user clicks outside the Ticket Details text field, the editable text field closes, and the user can continue working on the ticket. | Tickets (both New View and Legacy View), Projects, Inventory | When attempting to deliver a product charge with a large quantity and the Create Hardware Asset option enabled, a timeout occurred during the asset creation process. This timeout interrupted the completion of asset creation and prevented the Product Charge status from being updated accordingly. The fix ensures that the Product Charge status is updated to Delivered and the hardware assets are created in the background without affecting the overall flow. (30940) |
| Reports | Running any system report from Reports > Service Desk in a new tab or new window was displaying error 500. This was particularly the case for All system reports. The fix now opens all system reports in a new tab or a new window as per the user's request. (30324) |
| BMS-VSA 10 Integration | The Department defined in the Account Sync tab in the VSA 10 integration did not work. The integration synced the asset but not the department. The fix ensures that the department is also synced along with the asset. (30701) |
| Ticket Configuration (New View) | Updating the default ticket type on the Ticket Configuration page did not take effect. When a new ticket was created, it still displayed the previous default ticket type instead of the newly selected one. When a new ticket is created now, it displays the updated default ticket type. (30718) |
| Ad Hoc Reports | The Internal Note field from time entries was not available in Ad Hoc Reports when selecting Time Entries as the category in the case of tickets with notes and internal notes. The fix ensures that both the Notes and Internal Notes fields are now available in Ad Hoc Reports when selecting Time Entries as the category. (31949) |
| Ad Hoc Reports | The Payment Details category in Ad Hoc Reports returned invoice discount instead of payment discount. The fix now returns the payment discount. (32137) |
| Dispatch Calendar | The Dispatch Calendar did not display items for an employee when you opened the next page, unless you switched the view to Dispatch only. The fix ensures that items for an employee are displayed on the following pages as well. (32036) |
| Contracts | Extending a recurring service contract resulted in an incorrect billing period. A new billing period was created with the full amount. The fix ensures that extending the recurring service contract creates a new billing period with a pro-rated amount. (32055) |
| Projects | Adding a member to a task that already had many members broke the search and selection pop-up. As a result, error 404 was displayed. The fix ensures that the user can add as many members as possible even with many existing members. (32084) |
| Workflows | An error appeared when a workflow was saved after some data was deactivated in a section. The fix ensures that the workflow is saved successfully and that the inactive data is still displayed until the user removes it. (32129) |
| Workflows (New View) | Expired contracts were not displayed in the Contracts drop-down menu in the Update section. The fix ensures that expired contracts are also displayed in the Contracts drop-down menu in the Update section. (32172) |
| My Timesheet | If the time sheet approval route was empty inside Ticket Configuration, the time sheet remained in Submitted status with no approval route history. The fix ensures that the time sheet is auto-approved once submitted if there is no default ticket time sheet approval route. (32110) |
| My Expense Reports | The user could not add an expense entry to a newly created expense sheet. The expense entry pop-up did not close and save the expense. The fix ensures smooth adding of an expense entry as the pop-up now closes and saves the expense. (32178) |
